This is beautiful! It's things like this that make me want to give up my indirectly self destructive ways, settle down and grow old with someone.. or at least a tortoise. That'll live long enough to keep me company (lol)
wow! i could not help but to fave this... it is so beautiful. i am a very sentimental person, so even though i am very young, i can, in a way, relate to this photograph. it's so amazing. gorgeous. beautiful. no words can really describe it. i think i am in love with this photograph, i am speechless.
very interesting, in fact, me and my fiancee have done the same type of picture some months back, we have taken such a picture plus with the two hands together, so that after 40 years we could take the same photo so we would have something very contrasting!
i know this is probably the only comment you've gotten on this, but it applies " aawwwwwww" god this is beautiful (i will now try to give an actual comment in the time i have left, im at school )
this is an absolutely magnificent photograph you capture such a pure and beautiful emotion, the monotone colour scheme elevates the idea, adds to the sense of 'old' the hands, so perfectly placed on the book, adds to the loving feel simply put, awwwww!!
I cant belive it but i'm crying, so is the story line like this: 2 very old lovers that may die very soon are looking back at thier collage days when they were young and holding their hands trying not to cry and stay strong. It barely shows anything, but it also shows everything you know what I mean?
Very emotional, great idea. One problem though: the hands. Your figure on the left of the photo album appears to have two left hands. It doesn't affect the image or the idea presented. Still beautiful.
I think you are mistaken. The left person has the left hand on the album and the right hand holding the other person's hand. Just because the person is sitting on the left doesn't mean the hand can't be holding the other from the right. Look at the skin tone and you'll see which hand is whose.
